The role of Business Administration Trainee involves supporting the Client Services team in a highly sensitive environment.
This position requires providing administrative support to various teams across the organisation, developing customer service skills, and assisting in educating families through the selection and purchase of products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- General administration duties such as processing right of interment transfers, refund requests, and distributing incoming calls for client services.
- Printing, scanning and filing documents, preparing business material, and following policies and procedures.
- Attending meetings, working as part of a team, and completing study and training associated with the Certificate III in Business.
