About the Role

The Integration and Test Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and testing of Airservices systems at Western Sydney International Airport (WSIA) and Digital Aerodrome Services (DAS) at Canberra.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integration plans and processes to ensure effective testing of Airservices systems.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration and testing of systems.
  • Manage the delivery, review, and acceptance of vendor-produced internal system architecture and integration of DAS and WSI systems into the Airservices Enterprise.
  • Track the status of planned changes and upgrades to connected Airservices systems and external systems, and advise these changes to technical and program management.
  • Jointly responsible for the production, review, and endorsement of Airservices Interface Requirements, solution architectures, and formal vendor-authored integration and test-related documentation.
  • Coordinate the Airservices human, equipment, and facilities resources for test campaigns, both vendor-based and Airservices-internal.
  • Identify and explore risks, issues, and opportunities in integration and testing activities, and work within the Risk Management framework to ensure these integration-related risks are identified, tracked, and mitigated or controlled appropriately.
  • Ensure that all work conducted within the integration and test space complies with WSIA Program technical, operational, and program governance, processes, and standards.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, computer science, or Information Technology.
  • Experience with multiple systems in their technical acquisition lifecycle, including integration and testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at an acquisition program tempo, to employ a risk-based approach to deliverables and milestones if needed, and to deliver outcomes on time.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present innovative solutions and influence outcomes.
  • At least three years' experience in formal product testing, with some integration testing desired.
