About the Role

The Test Manager will be accountable for leading a global team of testers with diverse talents and responsibilities. You will need to communicate effectively with stakeholders across geographies and within other financial institutions in the AU market on testing team plans, supply, and reporting progress and risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing team to deliver Regional Payments projects and prepare the test completion certificate.
  • Support a testing team with a global array of talents and responsibilities to manage delivery proactively.
  • Communicate with different stakeholders across geographies and within other financial institutions in the AU market on testing team plans, supply, and reporting progress and risk.
  • Carry out detailed requirements analysis on project scope, test strategy selection, and automation execution plan.
  • Work with test members on sprint/release regression tests and industry tests with high automation coverage.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and drive for issue resolution.
  • Foresee, identify potential risks, and monitor mitigation plan execution in project testing.
  • Provide consultation to test teams on process and work efficiency optimization.
  • Responsible for adherence to relevant organizational processes.
