About the Role

Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team. As a Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test plans for various testing phases, including functional, integration, performance, load, and UAT.
  • Design and execute test cases on software products to identify limitations and faults.
  • Develop test scripts for identified smoke and regression tests.
  • Record test results, raise defect records, re-test fixes, and conduct defect triage.
  • Creation and management of test data.
  • Creating and maintaining re-usable regression/end-to-end test suite/cases.
  • Manage test case traceability and documentation.
  • Participate in the Agile development process (Scrum and Kanban).
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a test analyst in complex technical environments, testing complex software with numerous integration points.
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to critically analyze information and resolve problems through to complete resolution in a timely and effective manner.
  • Experience in a variety of testing phases, including functional, integration, performance, load, and UAT.
  • Experience in testing as part of a Scrum team.
  • Experience in UAT planning and coordination, defect triage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate defects to stakeholders and escalate when blocked.
  • Takes initiative in the prioritization of defects for resolution to ensure that test flow is not blocked.
  • Hands-on experience working on open-source test automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress.
Desirable
  • Experience in automated testing.
  • Agile testing certification.
