About The Role

You will lead the delivery and management of commercial partnerships from end to end, ensuring contractual compliance, driving executional excellence, and helping maximise long-term value and retention.

  • Manage and deliver commercial partnerships by ensuring timely execution, strong alignment with strategic objectives, and contractual compliance.
  • Act as the main relationship manager for partners, developing collaborative partnerships and leading proactive account management to drive retention.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute high-impact activations and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, leveraging insights to improve delivery and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Essential Criteria
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in partnerships, sales, or marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing commercial and sponsorship agreements, including negotiating contracts and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate legal agreements and achieve financial targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
