Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact growth campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
  • Balance funnel, channel, and media mix to meet growth targets across lending and everyday banking.
  • Collaborate with brand, performance, and studio teams to deliver best-in-class creative and media plans.
  • Optimise customer journeys from first impression to conversion to boost engagement and retention.
  • Run growth experiments across channels and creative formats, turning insights into action.
  • Use data to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve funnel performance.
  • Partner with product teams on go-to-market strategies and growth-driving features.
  • Build tools and dashboards to track acquisition metrics (CPA, CAC) and campaign effectiveness.
  • Operate within agile frameworks to deliver marketing initiatives on time and on budget.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience developing and managing campaigns, ideally within challenger brands, fintech, or retail.
  • Hands-on expertise building and executing growth strategies across paid and organic channels.
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments, comfortable navigating autonomy, ambiguity, and fast-paced delivery.
  • Confident in planning and executing a broad mix of ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Deeply customer-centric, believing marketing isn't done until it meets real customer needs and fosters lasting relationships.
