We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Receptionist and CPAP Therapist to join our team at Bendigo Sleep Lab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality reception and secretarial services to patients, doctors, and staff, maintaining confidentiality of all information.
- CPAP Therapy Support: Work closely with the Director to provide administrative support and manage specific organizational tasks, including preparation of portable sleep study monitoring equipment and calibration of equipment used in performing sleep studies.
- Data Acquisition and Maintenance: Acquire and maintain accurate data, with a strong attention to detail, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and accessories.
- Client Support: Provide initial instruction, ongoing professional support to clients, and facilitate their most appropriate treatment for their sleep disorder.
- Calendaring and Scheduling: Organize and maintain calendars/database, including making appointments, and initiate patients of CPAP hire equipment.
- Financial Management: Accurately handle cash and invoices for retail sales, and liaise with CPAP manufacturers and suppliers.
- Essential Requirements: Sleep/CPAP technicians, keenness to learn new skills, sales and customer service experience, and advanced skills in using internet applications and calendar management/reminder systems.
- Desirable Requirements: Clinical experience, knowledge and practical experience in the areas of ventilation and/or sleep.
