The Position

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Grade 2 to join our HARP/Renal team at Bendigo Health. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients within the designated caseload in the HARP program and work collaboratively with the HDU nursing and medical teams in assessment and evaluation of care provision strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients within the designated caseload in the HARP program
  • Assist in the facilitation of safe and timely discharge from a public hospital
  • Provide rapid response community-based services to assist individuals to recuperate after hospitalisation
