Business Development Associate

As a key player in our Global Client Group, you will be responsible for servicing clients and developing new business opportunities. This role offers a unique chance to join a collaborative, high-calibre and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the enhancement of client relationships and business development activities.
  • Service Australia-based clients and assist with the development of new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully degree-qualified
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services/Investment Management industry
  • Interest in investing
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to think in a structured and analytical manner
  • Able to work equally well independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to absorb and apply information from formal and informal learning experiences
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new programs
