**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to join our team at David Jones Warringah Mall in NSW.

**Salary and Benefits**

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, they will enjoy seasonal product allowances and generous discounts on Country Road Group products, as well as opportunities for career progression and training.

**Job Description**

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to drive sales, profit, and productivity while creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing fast-paced retail or hospitality businesses, with a strong focus on commercial acumen and team empowerment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive a customer-centric culture and create a meaningful instore experience
  • Achieve key performance indicators by ensuring efficient store operations and effective team management
  • Inspire and empower team members through collaborative leadership, training, and development
  • Work collaboratively with other concession managers, floor managers, and cluster managers

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Passion for the retail industry, exceptional service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters
  • Ability to manage large teams, train, and develop their skills and knowledge
  • Operational excellence, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
