Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager who is people-focused and enjoys being clinically 'hands-on'. This pivotal role will oversee the clinical and operational management of a residential unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team providing services to clients with complex needs, including experience in intake, assessment, screening, case management, case review, and referral.
  • Oversight of staff rostering, including creating and managing rosters, filling vacant shifts, and coordinating roster changes.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to promote the program and maintain strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor-level qualification in a relevant human services field, such as psychology, social work, or allied health. A valid Australian driver's license and ability to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and QLD health vaccination requirements are also necessary.
