Senior Construction Supervisor

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to lead our multi-residential construction projects in the Rockhampton area.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinate trade personnel, materials, and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
  • Maintain quality control standards
  • Report project progress to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a construction supervisor
  • Proven experience in multi-residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, compliance, and safety
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Hold relevant qualifications and certifications
