- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production schedules, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Process improvement and lean manufacturing exposure, with a track record of implementing efficient systems and procedures.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and motivate team members.
- Familiarity with compliance registers, tagging systems, and incident documentation, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and minimizing liabilities.
- Desirable: Forklift or overhead crane license, with a proven ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently.
