We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee daily operations and drive excellence in our food manufacturing process.

This hands-on leadership role requires a passion for food production, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team to deliver consistent, safe, and high-quality food products
  • Overseeing day-to-day production operations, including task allocation, training, and workflow management
  • Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintaining workplace safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate production records and ensuring all documentation is completed to standard

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in a leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, food safety, and OH&S regulations
  • Proven leadership skills, excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
