Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving results and building high-performing teams? We are seeking experienced and motivated leaders to cover a range of shifts.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production processes while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll guide and support your team to achieve production targets, meet safety and quality standards, and continuously improve processes.

**Daily Responsibilities**

- Supervise and lead a team to meet production goals.

- Ensure compliance is met across safety, and food safety standards.

- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.

- Provide hands-on support to the team, fostering collaboration and productivity.

- Oversee training and development to build team capability.

- Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve efficiency targets.

- Report on production outcomes and escalate issues as required.

**Requirements for Success**

- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment.

- Experience in food production or meat processing is highly regarded.

- Excellent communication and team-building skills.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

- Computer literacy and experience with production systems are advantageous.
