Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in helping the Head of Industrial Relations & Policy create and implement a strategic Workplace Relations strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of a consistent Workplace Relations approach.
  • Interpret and apply relevant industrial instruments, legislation, and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Promote organizational change by implementing updates necessitated by law reforms, Awards, and enterprise agreements.
  • Foster collaboration with business leaders and union officials to resolve complex industrial matters.
  • Develop and maintain internal knowledge libraries relevant to Workplace Relations.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting, guidance, coaching, and advising on Workplace Relations matters.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations/Workplace Relations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Workplace Relations, contributing to both strategic initiatives and operational success.
  • Experience in developing the capabilities of others to resolve complex Workplace Relations issues.
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to drive results.
  • Ability to convert data into meaningful insights and communicate effectively.
