Marine Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marine Engineer to fill a key role in the maintenance and operation of a transhipment vessel in Western Australia.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain the operational capabilities of the ship's engine and mechanical equipment, ensuring efficient vessel performance.
- Perform regular deck maintenance and rounds as directed by the Chief Engineer.
- Ensure Self Unloading machinery and equipment operate effectively.
- Possess an Educational qualification aligned with AMSA Marine Order 72 – Engineer Class 3.
- Hold an AMSA Engine Watchkeeper (Class 3) CoC/CoR Unlimited certification.
- Demonstrate at least 6 months of sea time experience as an Engine Watchkeeper.
- Certificate of Safety Training (STCW) is desirable.
Australian citizenship or unlimited Australian working rights are required. Living in Australia is preferred, and wearing a respirator is necessary for this role.
