Global Sales Account Manager

Job Opportunity:

This role is a critical sales position providing support to customers across parts and service business while promoting products and services for growth.

Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Maintaining and converting opportunities through CRM platform
  • Promoting strategies to onboard customers to ecommerce business
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities with customers
  • Assisting in developing sales strategies to maintain targets and growth
  • Assisting customers to maintain assets
  • Leading internal and external meetings, ensuring clear allocation of responsibilities and deadlines
Providing Exceptional Customer Service:
  • Building strong business relationships with allocated Key Accounts and other Clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service based on Komatsu's Customer Support Charter

Requirements:
  • Liaising with senior leadership in professional manner
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Communicating strategic movements for business growth
  • Reviewing and implementing proposals for continuous improvement
  • Understanding systems, processes, and financial statements
  • Identifying business opportunities and developing actions
