Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Marketing professional to join our team.

This is a key role that will drive business growth, enhance brand reputation, and deliver strategic insights to inform decision-making across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact marketing strategies, leveraging advanced analytics, behavioural science, AI, and trend forecasting to amplify the voice of the customer and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice to the Group CEO and Executive leadership team on marketing strategy and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute centralized high-impact insights functions to inform business decisions.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, behavioural science, AI, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Amplify the voice of the customer through market research, analysis, and data-driven insights.
  • Reputational management, communication, PR, and brand approval across all business units.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in strategy, brand marketing, or innovation roles.
  • Knowledge of the property development or construction industry.
  • Market insight research and analysis experience.
  • Strong expertise in consumer research, behavioural science, and data-driven marketing.
