Job Description:

A talented Program Scheduler is sought by Recruitment Hive to join an independent agency regulating disability services and supports nationwide.

This 18+12 month Federal Government contract offers a challenging opportunity for experienced professionals to showcase their skills in schedule management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and oversee detailed schedules encompassing timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple work streams.
  • Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to gather requirements, assess resource capacity, and ensure alignment of project schedules with program goals.
  • Establish and continuously improve scheduling tools and frameworks using Microsoft Azure, DevOps, SharePoint, and Jira to monitor progress and adapt schedules as the program evolves.
Critical Path Methodology:
  • Experience in building and managing complex schedules from scratch.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps Jira) and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage the scheduling function within a large-scale program environment, understanding resource allocation, milestone tracking, and critical path methodology.

Salary:

We are offering a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
