Senior Corporate Tax Advisor

A seasoned Tax Manager is sought to spearhead the provision of taxation services for a portfolio of corporate clients. As a key member of the team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and delivering high-quality tax advisory services.
About the Role- Manage a book of corporate clients, providing strategic tax guidance and supporting senior team members in complex engagements.
- Collaborate with specialists to deliver tailored tax solutions, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to drive business growth and minimize risks.
- Provide expert tax advice to clients, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their career development and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, applying this knowledge to inform tax strategies and recommendations.
- Detailed knowledge and experience with the Australian taxation system, acquired through work in a professional services firm or industry role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in leading direct engagements with clients on substantive tax matters.
- Hold a CA qualification or equivalent, or have completed postgraduate studies in tax, such as a Tax Masters degree.
