Corporate Tax Advisory Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Tax Advisory professional to join our team. As a Senior Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert tax advice to clients across various industries.

Job Description:

As a Senior Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality corporate tax advisory services to clients. This includes providing guidance on complex tax matters, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert tax advice to clients on corporate tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, restructuring, and financing.
  • Prepare and review income tax returns and tax accounting calculations for allocated corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to provide comprehensive tax solutions to clients.
  • Supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian corporate income tax experience, preferably gained in a top-tier or mid-tier accounting firm or corporate business environment.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
