Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on corporate tax matters, including M&A, consolidations, restructures, financing, and assisting clients to meet their corporate tax compliance obligations.
- Deliver taxation services for an allocated book of corporate clients, including corporate income tax compliance, and the preparation and review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations.
- Assist in delivering full-spectrum corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, collaborating with specialist teams to bring expertise to corporate clients in areas such as international tax and transfer pricing, tax controversy, and transactions.
- Supervise junior team members, fostering their learning and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, collaboration, and celebrates successes.
