We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Lithgow Hospital. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working in acute nursing, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
