We are seeking a qualified Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Lithgow Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide safe patient care and assist in care activities to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan
- Assist in care activities to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members
- Contribute to collecting accurate healthcare information and maintaining accurate healthcare documentation
- Current registration Division 2 (without notation) - Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience and demonstrated skill in acute nursing
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person-centered care
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to work a flexible roster, day, evening or night shift across all days of the week according to the unit/service requirements
