**Enrolled Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Enrolled Nurse to join our growing Lithgow Inpatient Ward. As a key member of our team, you will provide safe patient care, assist in care activities, and contribute to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining accurate health care documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members in accordance with appropriate protocol.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
Requirements
- Current registration Division 2 (without notation) - Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience and demonstrated skill in acute nursing.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person-centered care.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
