Director of Administrative Operations

- ROLE SUMMARY
- This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, starting on either the 9th or 16th of December. The successful candidate will work as the primary point of contact for administrative and executive support to two Executive Managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Support: Deliver high-level administrative support to two Executive Managers, including managing calendars, preparing meetings, and prioritizing inboxes.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for communication between the Executive Managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities.
- Team Administration Support: Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO as needed, ensuring smooth visibility and coordination across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in administration, secretarial, or assistant roles, adept at managing competing priorities with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint), with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills to support team collaboration.
- Adaptability to respond to changing priorities, with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives and familiarity with Planview ideal but not essential.
