Job Title: Lead Clinical Specialist for Maternal Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Specialist to lead our efforts in providing expert clinical care to women, children and families affected by substance use in pregnancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based strategies to improve clinical outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support to families affected by substance use in pregnancy.
  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions, including sustained home visiting, to address the clinical needs of pregnant women, mothers and their children.
Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and manage clinical services and teams to ensure effective care delivery and achieve organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines that promote safe and high-quality care.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to patient safety and quality of care.
Education and Training:
  • Develop and deliver education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in clinical practice and research.
