Maternity and Neonatal Network Specialist
">Our team is looking for a highly skilled professional to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that improve maternity and neonatal service delivery in Local Health Districts (LHDs) / Specialty Health Networks (SHNs) across NSW.
">About the Role:
">- Develop and implement strategic change management programs and initiatives that promote high-quality maternity and neonatal health service delivery.
- Provide expert advice and support to senior leadership on project development, implementation, and management.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to develop evidence-based clinical guidance and tools to support maternity and neonatal service delivery.
- Review and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive quality improvements in maternity and neonatal care.
Requirements:
">- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or relevant health industry experience in maternity and neonatal healthcare.
- High-level skills in conceptual and systems-thinking with a demonstrated ability to provide expert advice that adds value to projects at a statewide level.
- Sound knowledge of the health system in NSW and the national context, as well as broad knowledge and understanding of policy issues related to maternity and neonatal health services.
