About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to contribute to enhancing product offerings and improving customer experiences.

We are seeking an analytical individual who can analyse market trends, competitors and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and support proposition refinement.

The role sits within the Banker Assisted Lending Crew responsible for managing lending processes across business loan products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform monthly control checks across various products
  • Review customer breakpoints and Voice of Customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Triage product-related enquiries and respond to straightforward queries as needed

We require a detail-oriented and organised individual with strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
