Product Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions that improve product performance and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safety Assurance: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to safety protocols in support of our organization's culture.
  • Digital Solution Implementation: Utilize IoT, AI, and machine learning to enhance product capabilities and user interaction.
  • Testing and Validation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new technologies meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with technology managers to ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
  • Digital Lab Operations: Support global Digital Lab spaces by addressing stakeholder needs in training, troubleshooting, R&D, and testing.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Automation Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical, E & C, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of proven experience in similar fields. Practical knowledge of mechanical mining equipment and Industry 4.0 technologies is required.
