About the Role

As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects, working closely with our project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality project outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field, with a focus on bulk earthworks
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
