The Role

As the business continues to mature, it seeks to create a culture of ongoing development and learning. Managing talent and capability is critical to remain competitive and deliver genuine value to customers. This role will design and embed frameworks/systems that drive capability growth, skills development, leadership development, and review/enhance policies and practices around these areas.

About You

Requirements for this position include:

  • A degree-qualified background in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Talent and Capability specialist in a multi-divisional business.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, work with competing priorities, and maintain a positive, proactive, and practical approach.
