Client Account Executive">

The role of the Client Account Executive is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, while developing relationships with current and future clients. This involves driving revenue in various business lines, including software sales, consulting, training, and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Source and nurture new clients through strategic planning and effective communication.
  • Cultivate partnerships with SAP and non-SAP partners to explore sales opportunities.
  • Develop commercial offers that align with client strategies and needs.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and conclude deals.
  • Support the delivery of sold services and monitor client satisfaction.
  • Participate in steering committees during the implementation of SAP solutions, as needed.
  • Maintain alliances to drive sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services sales, project management, or ERP solutions (SAP experience highly valued).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and targets.
  • Ability to leverage existing relationships and knowledge to increase sales.
  • Strong understanding of data management, data governance, or data transformation an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Results-driven attitude with adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
