The role of the Client Account Executive is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, while developing relationships with current and future clients. This involves driving revenue in various business lines, including software sales, consulting, training, and maintenance.
Responsibilities- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth.
- Source and nurture new clients through strategic planning and effective communication.
- Cultivate partnerships with SAP and non-SAP partners to explore sales opportunities.
- Develop commercial offers that align with client strategies and needs.
- Negotiate sales agreements and conclude deals.
- Support the delivery of sold services and monitor client satisfaction.
- Participate in steering committees during the implementation of SAP solutions, as needed.
- Maintain alliances to drive sales opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services sales, project management, or ERP solutions (SAP experience highly valued).
- Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and targets.
- Ability to leverage existing relationships and knowledge to increase sales.
- Strong understanding of data management, data governance, or data transformation an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Results-driven attitude with adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
