We require strong general commercial lawyers with 5+ years' experience in general contracting, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, and possess skills such as M&A, procurement, competition and consumer law, privacy, product safety, quality and labelling.

Key Skills and Experience Needed:

  • General commercial contracting experience is essential
    - Relevant experience might include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers and service providers, in areas such as property, technology, privacy, and data, intellectual property, credit and financing, M&A, and joint ventures
    - Procurement experience is highly sought after
    - Being comfortable providing legal advice relating to competition and consumer law, privacy, product safety, quality, and labelling is an advantage for some roles
    - You must have the ability to hit the ground running, work autonomously, and prioritise
