We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to enhance our hospitality services at one of our southern hotels. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent guest service with a smile
- Take customer food and beverage orders promptly
- Assist with gaming inquiries, guest service, and payouts
- Ensure venues are clean, tidy, and welcoming for all guests
- Help open and close venues smoothly
Requirements:
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- A current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certification or ability to secure one
- The availability to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Team attitude and collaborative approach to work
- Experience with TAB and Keno an advantage
