Job Overview

The Role:

This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take charge of daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Rostering and Staff Management
  • Training and Recruitment
  • Inventory Control and Stock Management
  • Weekly KPI Management and Event Execution
  • Menu Development and Seasonal Menu Changes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 Years experience in a Restaurant setting
  • Previous experience must be at Restaurant Manager level only
  • Experience with Cost management and KPIs
  • Hands-on Management Style and Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge
