Role Summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a results-driven leader to manage its pub operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have great hospitality leadership experience and hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications. They will also possess contagious passion for creating memorable moments for our guests and their team.

This role is key in supporting the Venue Manager and the team to bring to life our purpose of 'creating pub experiences locals love'

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver genuine and 'local' guest experiences
  • Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations
  • Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives
  • Build a responsible service culture centered around fun, passion, and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are
Requirements
  • Great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Contagious passion for the guest experience and to inspire, coach, and develop your team
  • Curent industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
