Training Development Specialist

We are seeking a Training Coordinator with retail experience to deliver engaging training and onboarding across our store network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured online and in-person training on sales, customer service, and systems
  • Support new hires through their first days, ensuring smooth and consistent onboarding
  • Travel between stores at short notice to provide face-to-face training and support
  • Develop and maintain training resources (handbooks, guides, presentations)
  • Work closely with Store Managers to identify training needs and improvements
  • Provide feedback and track training outcomes to continually strengthen programs

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in retail (essential)
  • Training or learning & development background (generalist welcome)
  • Hands-on, flexible, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to travel interstate and occasionally work weekends

Job offers a hybrid work arrangement (1–2 days WFH per week) and competitive salary package with car allowance.
