Our current opportunity is for a senior operational leader to join our packaging business in Victoria. This position involves managing regional depots and third-party warehouses to ensure efficient supply chain performance, quality, delivery, and cost management.

The key responsibilities include:

">
  • Providing strategic and tactical leadership of the supply chain, operations, and administration of our depots, including warehousing, carton erecting, and distribution.">
  • Overseeing equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics, and administration across the network.">
  • Managing depot activities within the regional Vic network and administering third-party depot sites, including machinery equipment location and maintenance.">
  • Focusing on improved safety performance, 3PL performance, innovation, and cost initiatives across the Victorian depot network.">

We are looking for candidates with:

">
  • A degree in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Business.">
  • At least three years of experience in supply chain operations in a large organisation with high SKU and customer environments.">
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders on process and performance matters.">
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.">
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships with internal and external parties and relate to individuals at all levels within the organisation.">
  • Well-developed leadership skills and ability to manage and influence effectively across a large team with diverse skills and experience.">
  • Safety champion with good understanding of appropriate safety standards and responsibilities under chain of responsibility and WHSE legislation.">
  • Effective cost management and reduction experience, negotiating contracts, managing suppliers.">
