As a key member of the Marine Portfolio team, you will provide expert technical support to our cargo and carrier clients, as well as industry stakeholders, focusing on safety and risk management. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their safety protocols and operational requirements, enabling you to collaboratively develop and implement optimal risk management strategies.

Your responsibilities will include identifying specific client needs and introducing innovative initiatives that promote resilience, safety, and growth. You will empower our clients to excel in their safety and risk management practices, helping them achieve industry leadership. This position encourages creative problem-solving to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in risk management, logistics, engineering, business, commerce, or an MBA (preferred)
  • 5-10 years of experience in cargo, logistics, cold chain, or project cargo risk management, including preventative measures and site oversight
  • Proven expertise in risk evaluation and enhancement, including the use of various tools and resources
  • Experience in creating client-facing materials, reports, and publications for external distribution
