**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Operations Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee monthly, periodical, and annual reporting processes, including tax returns, BAS, IAS, Fuel Tax Credits, PAYG, Workers Compensation, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, Banking Covenant reporting, and other ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Bank reconciliations and budgets, cashflows and operating forecasts, various accounts and banking facilities and services.
  • All aspects of data entry, processing, and reporting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Accounting ledgers for multiple entities, including companies, trusts, partnerships, sole traders, and superannuation.
  • Multiple fixed asset registers.
  • Relationships with banks, insurance brokers, external advisors, partners solicitors, and auditors.
  • Software changes and upgrades to finance and all other applications used by the organisation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in public practice, preferably with membership of a leading Australian professional accounting body.
  • Advanced Excel and MYOB knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Benefits**
