Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief People Officer to join our team. As a strategic leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement an effective HR strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives while supporting our overall vision and mission.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Partner with team leads to develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time with the retention strategies.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace where every employee feels welcomed, valued, and respected. Develop and enforce policies that promote this within the company.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance evaluation systems that ensure employees are provided with clear expectations that drive their productivity and align with our overall goals.
  • Employee Development and Training: Design and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee's skills and career growth.
  • Organisational Culture and Employee Engagement: Foster a positive organisational culture that aligns with our values and promotes a productive work environment. Prepare a plan to boost employee engagement and satisfaction, such as feedback mechanisms and recognition programs.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent. Plan regular salary reviews and set a benchmark to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • HR Technology and Analytics: Oversee the management of HRIS and utilise the HR analytics for decision-making purposes.
  • Change Management: Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the workforce. Develop communication strategies to effectively convey changes and engage employees throughout the process.
  • Employee Wellness: Develop programs that support employee health and well-being, including mental health initiatives and work-life balance support.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated individual based in the Philippines who is excited to take on a challenging full-time position exclusively with Intuji Pty.
  • Willing and able to travel to other office locations (including internationally) as needed.
  • Looking for a long-term role and growth with the company.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation and external partners are required.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Previous experience in the same role is required.
  • Previous proven experience in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry is required.
