Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Strikeforce. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing and supporting our relationships with Bunnings Warehouse and other DIY retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Display: Build shelving and product relocation, execute Planograms and relays, and create visually appealing displays.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Reporting and Administration: Accurately report using your own smart device, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Travel and Logistics: Travel throughout your region, including overnight stays, to service Bunnings stores in regional areas.
Requirements
  • Be over 18 and have full Australian working rights.
  • Hold a current State Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle.
  • Be physically fit, with no impairments to bending and lifting.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to relate to a diverse range of people.
  • Previous experience in Hardware/Grocery Merchandising or supplies is a bonus.
