Senior Account Development Specialist

This role involves working closely with senior management and key suppliers to develop and support a portfolio of accounts.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and implementing business strategy when interacting with suppliers as part of a broader commercial team promoting our client's business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, leveraging relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and supply agreements for the business.
Regular monitoring of account performance and reporting of trading opportunities to management are also essential.
A specific focus on supporting the Crop Protection, Agronomy, and Seed sectors is required.
This entails maintaining robust supplier relationships and ensuring effective business promotion across these sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this fast-paced environment.
