About the Opportunity

This role presents a chance to develop skills in Operations, Administration and Management.

As an Assistant, you will support the Team Leader, Service Coordinator, Administrator and other stakeholders in their daily activities.

Assist with customer service, processing tasks, raising invoices, allocating supplies and performing warehouse and logistics duties as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional and timely customer interactions.
  • Developing proficiency in inventory management and administration.
  • Performing administrative tasks including answering phones, filing and general office duties.
