A challenging role has become available for a Business Development Manager within our commercial asset management team.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing business. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and success in the commercial property management space.

Your primary focus will be on managing a diverse portfolio of retail, industrial, and commercial properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.

You will also assist with lease interpretation and statutory requirements, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and autonomously, with a high level of exposure to the full cycle of commercial asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a mix of retail, industrial, and commercial properties
  • Assist with lease interpretation and statutory requirements
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with tenants, contractors, and clientele
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Requirements
  • Current Real Estate Certificate
  • Some experience within commercial, industrial, or retail property/asset management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional presentation
