The Asset Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing asset performance across a $2 billion property portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance forecasting, NOI analysis, and investment return tracking.
  • Contribute to leasing strategies, budgeting, and meetings to optimise centre performance.
  • Support major tenant negotiations, lease finalisation, and strategic asset plans.
  • Prepare valuation reports, feasibility models, and commercial assessments.
  • Undertake due diligence and financial modelling on acquisitions, disposals, and redevelopments.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in asset management, property investment, or development analysis.
  • Strong grasp of commercial leasing markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and property-specific tools.
  • Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and analytically driven.
  • Effective communicator and proactive team contributor.
