Hotel Services Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Services Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional catering and housekeeping care to our residents, adhering to our vision, purpose, mission, and values.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality catering services to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude with a genuine interest in supporting and caring for residents.
  • Experience working in catering and housekeeping, preferably in an aged care environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under direction as part of a highly efficient and effective team.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends.
  • National Police Check and COVID/Flu vaccinations are mandatory.
