About The Role
We are seeking high-quality Care Support Specialists to provide person-centered care to residential and home-based aged care clients. Our goal is to support our communities in celebrating life at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to assist residents maintain independence and dignity related to activities of daily living and lifestyle.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best care outcomes.
- Complete all documentation in an accurate and timely manner, and assist with assessments and reviews as necessary.
Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent).
- Experience in an Extended Care Assistant or Personal Care Worker role.
- Ability to work across all shifts.
